Have you ever wondered where the white rabbit ends up when a magician makes him disappear? Leon goes to a magic show and is transported to this very place – an incredible world between there and back again. But when the magician loses his belief Leon has to find his own way home. Do you dare to step into the Place Between?
After an eight-day development workshop, funded by an Arts Council Lottery grant award, The Building Site Theatre Company presented a 30 minute work-in-progress showing of Angela McAllister and Grahame Baker-Smith’s exciting children’s story for 3-8 year olds on Thursday 2nd February 2012 at the Unicorn Theatre. Local schoolchildren attended our workshop to enable us to test the material.
The director is Amy Draper and the script writer is Dawn King. The actors are Hasan Dixon, Bryony Hannah, Mariam Haque, Rew Lowe, Samantha Sutherland and Phil Yarrow.
